 Dispute Resolution Minimize
I am a trained mediator specializing in arts and entertainment related disputes. Mediation is a voluntary, informal and confidential process of resolving disputes between parties. Mediation is based on the theory that the parties know better than anyone else, how their businesses work. Unlike arbitration, the result in mediation is only binding on the parties if they agree to create an enforceable agreement.

During mediation, each party has an opportunity to discuss their issues in a supportive environment. The mediator hears from both sides, and then usually meets with each side individually to discuss common ground shared by the parties. The mediator then helps the parties reach their own mutually satisfactory agreement.

I have over ten years experience in the arts and entertainment industries, and a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from New York University. I am able to help both sides recognize what is important to each, and help them solve their unique problems without having to resort to expensive and time-consuming litigation. Perhaps most importantly, mediation can resolve problems quickly and your important relationships can be salvaged.

Please call or email me if you would like more information.
